2.Our 24-Hour Commitment

We take copyright complaints very seriously. Once you submit a complete and valid notice, our team will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours of receipt.

3.Warning Regarding False Claims

Please be certain before submitting a complaint. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, making false or misleading claims about copyright infringement can result in serious legal liability and damages.

4.Counter-Notification (Appeals)

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake, you have the right to file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must be sent to our email and include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and signature.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
